The Authority is working on an additional resolution to specify what credits will be available, but the COVID-19 pandemic has slowed this process and we ask for everyone's patience through this time. If any property owners disagree with their fee evaluation, please follow the directions on the stormwater adjustment appeal form in the link below.

Stormwater Fee Study
The East Pennsboro Township Authority held a public meeting on 11/21/19 in which its contracted engineering firm Arcadis presented all of its considerations in developing a stormwater fee for East Pennsboro Township. Please click here or on the picture above to view the presentation.
What does it pay for?
The stormwater fee would pay for East Pennsboro Township's continuing compliance with the terms of its MS4 PAG-13 permit, issued by the Environmental Protection Agency and enforced by PA Department of Environmental Protection.
Township PAG-13 Stormwater Permit
To this end we have developed a program to meet the six minimum control measures for stormwater outreach and monitoring, as well as a five-year Chesapeake Bay Pollutant Reduction Program to improve the quality of the Bay's upstream tributaries to which our waters flow:
