AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS


Automatic payment for your sewer and or sanitation account is now available. Complete the Authorization Form and send it to us with a voided check from the account you want debited and we will take care of the rest. Once you sign up, your sewer and or trash payment will be automatically deducted from your checking account on the date the bill is due.  Please refer to your quarterly bill for due dates as they vary from quarter to quarter.

PAYMENTS ONLINE


You can pay your sewer and/or sanitation account from the comfort of your home or office by using our online payment service. You can use your bank account (no fee) or a credit card.  Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Visa.  When using a credit card a convenience fee of 2.65% or $3.00 minimum will be charged by the payment processing company.

REMINDER:  Sewer and/or Sanitation bills are required to be mailed to property owners.  Property Owners are  responsible for the bill.  These are lienable services that go with the property, not the tenants.

2020 Due Dates:
1st Quarter: January 1 – March 31  (due on February 7)
2nd Quarter: April 1 – June 30 ( due on May 1)
3rd Quarter: July 1 - September 30  (due on August 7)
4th Quarter: October 1 - December 31  (due on November 6)

Any bill not paid by the due date  will be charged a 10% penalty.   Payments placed in the night drop box over the weekend immediately following a due date will be considered on time as long as they are in the drop box prior to 8:00 AM that Monday.  Payments received after 8:00 AM the Monday following a due date are considered late and will have a penalty applied. 

In order to reduce errors and process payments in a timely manner, residents who pay their Sewer and Trash bills automatically through a bill payer service their bank offers must list the sewer account number and the service address of the account they are paying.
