Pavilion Reservations

PAVILION RESERVATIONS ARE CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE!
In light of the Coronavirus and in regards to recommendations from the CDC, 
All pavilions are closed and reservations have been put on hold, until further notice! 

Full refunds, or reservation transfers will be offered to those who have already paid for a permit. Once the facilities are safe to reopen, pavilion reservations will continue on a first come, first serve manner. Thank you for your understanding in these uncertain times.

Reservations are taken in the order they are received beginning March 2, 2020 and continuing through November 8, 2020. On November 8th rentals will be closed until March 1, 2021.

 Gazebo Rental
The Gazebo at Adams-Ricci Community Park can also be reserved for 4-hour rental periods. Contact the Recreation Department for availability and payment options.

Annex BUILDING RENTAL
Located in West Fairview (440 Chestnut Street) and used primarily for Recreation Programming and Classes, the Annex Building is available for Private Events. Contact the Recreation Department for more information.
