East Pennsboro Township Fire Companies, Ambulance Service and the Fire Police Association are planning a carnival JUNE 24 - 28, 2008 at Adams-Ricci Park as a benefit for the Emergency Services of East Pennsboro Township. 

This Carnival will be like the one you remember as a kid with great Rides, Midway Games, Food, Live Entertainment and Fireworks.

Help from the community is needed to make this a great family fun event. Volunteers, both individual, community groups and corporate groups are sought to help organized, prepare and operate the carnival. Committees for rides, entertainment, fireworks, concessions, games, traffic control, lighting, manpower, advertising, car show, etc are being organized now and meeting every two weeks. Contact Josh Matter at 717-712-8950. In order to make this a great community event, businesses and corporate sponsors are needed. Contact us as soon as possible.

Essential Public Safety Services include round-the-clock police and fire protection with a 19 officer paid and professional police force.

e also have a six-company strong, all volunteer, well-trained, fire department.

The township also has its own independently-operated ambulance association.

OPEN BURNING POLICY CHANGE
The East Pennsboro Township Fire Marshall would like to inform all Township residents and businesses that it has become the official policy of the East Pennsboro Township Board of Commissioners to ban all open burning of trash, leaves, brush, debris, etc. in the Township.
