Pavilion Rentals

The Recreation Office 717-909-5630 will be accepting reservations for 2008 Summer and Fall seasons starting March 3, 2008. Please take a look at the pictures and information below and make your selection. Call the Rec Office to confirm availability. Print a reservation form, sign it and mail it to the Rec Office with your payment.

The Township Parks System has 10 pavilions equipped with picnic tables and charcoal grills. Many of them have additional features such as proximity to children’s play areas, nature trails and sports fields. Click on the Pavilion you like and you’ll see a list of its “assets”.


	Reservations are necessary to insure use of a pavilion (except Midway Park). Pavilion rental fee is: $ 25.00 for residents $ 60.00 for non-residents $ 100.00 for Township based Companies and Organizations $ 150.00 for Non-resident Companies and Organizations

		Three Ways to Reserve a Picnic Pavilion

1. Go to the Recreation Office - 101 in the Municipal Building and complete a reservation form and pay fee
2. Call the Recreation Office 909-5630, check for availability and request form by mail.
3. Download the form from this website, Fill in all blocks with your perspective date(s) and mail to Rec Office with appropriate payment. Date availability can be confirmed via phone 909-5630 before submittal of the form	CLICK HERE FOR RESERVATION FORM
