Camps & Playgrounds


	East Pennsboro Township offer free Summer Playgrounds at multiple locations for your children’s enjoyment. In addition, we also run a Day Camp at Adams-Ricci Park for those who want to do more activities and stay longer at the park. This program requires a weekly fee.


	SUMMER DAY CAMP

Our popular Summer Day Camp activities include weekly trips, arts & crafts, indoor and outdoor sports, games and themed events. Campers must be ages 6-11 years. Day Camp starts June 17 to
Aug 2, No Camp July 1 - 5. Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. BUS TRANSPORTATION will not be available this year. Children will be dropped off at Adams-Ricci Park , Summerdale Pavilion

Registration for camp will begin on Tuesday April 9^th at
8:00 am at the Recreation Department room #101.

between now and registration day to create an account for you and your family. You may register for Camp online Tuesday April 9 or come to the Recreation Office in person. Full payment will be due at the time of online registration plus a fee. If you would like to make payments of the fee, you will have to register in person at the Recreation Office at 8:00 am on Tuesday April 9.
No mailed forms will be accepted.

Camp is $110 per week plus a $20 non refundable registration fee for residents. Non-Resident fees are $20 non-refundable registration fee plus $120 per week. Please see the Day Camp Calendar for field trips and events online on the button to your left.|

	SUMMER PLAYGROUNDS

	SUMMER PLAYGROUNDS Join the kids of your community for supervised games, special events, arts & crafts, and trips. Program will open June 17th till August 2nd. No Playground July 1-5 Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 12noon. The program is FREE to township children ages 6 -12 years only. Registration and emergency contact papers must be completed the first day of the program to participate. Programs are staged at the following Parks: Adams-Ricci Park (Commonwealth Pavilion) for ages 6-9 yrs Adams-Ricci Park (Keystone Pavilion) for ages 10-12 yrs Midway Park for ages 6-12 yrs Ridley Park for ages 6-12 yrs Summerdale Centennial Park West Fairview Annex Chestnut Street PLAYGROUND PROGRAM IS FREE to Township Children Only. Playground leaders conduct a variety of recreational activities and special events in neighborhood playgrounds throughout the summer. .


	TEEN TRAVELING CLUB

		Come join this exciting Traveling Club for teenagers this summer! This program will offer this group of students the opportunity to get out of the house, meet new people, try new activities and have fun a couple of days a week! All the activities are planned for the novice and will require students to try new things. If you’re up for the challenge then come join us all summer! Each day the students will be transported by bus to various locations around Central Pennsylvania, so come prepared to have a summer of adventure! Trips include Hershey Park, Ski Roundtop Adventure Course, Paintball, climbing wall, and outdoor recreation! This program is designed for students 12 – 15 years of age. Registration (online or in person) will open Tuesday, April 9, 2012 at the Township Municipal Building. *Club size is very limited!* all trips subject to change June 18 – Aug 1 Closed July 1 - 5. Meets Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays 9 am – 3 pm $20 registration fee plus *$120 per week for Residents* $20 registration fee plus $130 per week for Non Residents
