PAVILION RENTAL INFORMATION

The Recreation Office   717-909-5630  accepts reservations for Picnic Pavilions beginning March 5th.
 (no advance reservations can be taken before that date). 
Please review the Park Rules before you register for a pavilion.

East Pennsboro Township requires all pavilions in our parks to RECYCLE using the established rules for curbsite collection in the Township.  Recycling containers will be available at each pavilion and large volume containers are available in the middle of the park at two locations.  Recycling rules are available on this website.

Pleast take a look at the pictures and information below to make your selection.  Check the website for availablility or call the Rec office at 717-909-5630.  Click on the pictures below to see additional information about each pavilion such as proximity to children’s play areas, nature trails and sports fields.

PAVILION RENTAL FEES for 2012 are:

$ 35.00  for EP Residents

$ 70.00  for non-Resident

$125.00 for Township Based
Companies and Organizations

$175.00 for non-Township Based
Companies and Organizations

AUTOMATED PAYMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
PLEASE CALL THE RECREATION OFFICE at 909-5630.
Reservations are confirmed when payment is received.

Other options for Pavilion Reservations

1.. Go to the Recreation Office  98 South Enola Drive, Enola. PA    Room 101.  Complete a reservation form and pay the appropriate fee.

2.  Call the Recreation off 909-5630, check for availability and request a form by mail.  Complete the form and enclose the appropriate fee.
