1.   Park hours are 6:00 am until 11:00 pm daily between April 1 to October 31.   All other park hours from November 1 and March 31 are 6:00 am until 10:00 pm.

2.   Speed limited in park is 10 MPH.

3.   Parking is permitted in designated areas only. Violators shall be fined.

4.   Unauthorized motor vehicles of any type are prohibited.

5.   All pets must be on a leash not more than six (6) feet long, with the exception of a seeing eye dog for the visually handicapped. Owners must clean up all animal waste deposited by their pet.

6.   Do not litter on park grounds.

7.   All persons using the park pavilion facilities are required to clean up the area they use. Recycling of bottles, cans and cardboard is mandatory for 2009.  Recycling containers will be placed throughout all parks. If not, a fee will be assessed for unsatisfactory conditions. Refuse must be placed in the proper containers provided.
 

8.   Firearms and other weapons are prohibited.

9.   Fires are permitted only in grills provided. Only charcoal is permitted in grills.

10. No solicitations.

11. It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally or knowingly interfere with or attempt to obstruct or refuse to obey any township official or employee in the performance of his or her duty.

12. Skateboards, roller skates, roller blades, scooters, inline skates, or street hockey are prohibited on any tennis court, basketball court, concession stand area, picnic pavilion, picnic tables, Imagination Station Playground, Memory Garden, stage, benches or cement parking stops .

13.  Golfing is prohibited.

14.  Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

15.  Smoking is prohibited within Imagination Station Playground.

16.  No admittance to Imagination Station Playground 1/2 hr after sundown.

17.  The reservation of a pavilion does not guarantee the use of the adjacent park facilities, ball fields, courts, grounds or equipment.
