Pavilion Rentals

The Recreation Office 717-909-5630 will be accepting reservation requests for 2010 Summer and Fall seasons starting March 1, 2010. (No advance reservations can be taken before March 2nd)

East Pennsboro Township requires all pavilion users in our parks to RECYCLE
using the established rules for curbside collection. Recycling containers
will be available at each Pavilion.

Please take a look at the pictures and information below and make your selection.
Call the Rec Office to confirm availability. The Township Parks System has 11 pavilions equipped with picnic tables and charcoal grills. Many of them have additional features such as proximity to children’s play areas, nature trails and sports fields. Click on the Pavilion you like and you’ll see a list of its “features”.




	A request for home gardeners!! The Parks Department is looking for donated perennial plants that we will re-plant in township parks. If you would like to share your garden with us, please call SKIP at 732-1815


	Reservations are necessary to insure use of a pavilion (except Midway Park). Pavilion rental fee is: $ 35.00 for residents $ 70.00 for non-residents $ 125.00 for Township based Companies and Organizations $ 175.00 for Non-resident Companies and Organizations

		Now Three Ways to Reserve a Picnic Pavilion

1. Go to the Recreation Office - 101 in the Municipal Building and complete a reservation form and pay fee
2. Call the Recreation Office 909-5630, check for availability and request form by mail.
