East Pennsboro Township passed a resolution providing guidelines for citizens requesting information about local government.  Commonwealth of Pennsylvania RIGHT TO KNOW LAW  Act 3 of 2008 outlines the overall procedures and provisions.  It also mandates that they take effect JAN. 1, 2009

The Act provides for access to public information, establishment of a designated open-records officer in each Commonwealth, local, judicial and legislative agency.
